What is the My¶¶Òõpro Portal?
The My¶¶Òõpro portal is the go-to website for enrolled students and employees to find important information and links to various tools and platforms such as Anthology, Touchnet and Brightspace.
Navigating My¶¶Òõpro
Current Students
You will need to use your @mainecc.edu email and log in to access the My¶¶Òõpro and Anthology portals.
1. Claim Your New @mainecc.edu Email Address
You should have already set up or received an invitation to setup your @mainecc.edu email account. You can search your @smccME.edu email account for an email from ithelp@mainecc.edu with this info.
It is important that you claim and set up this email, otherwise you will not be able to access tools such as registering for classes.
2. Use Your @mainecc.edu Email & Log in to Access:
- : Here, you’ll important tools and including links to check your grades and more.
- : Here, you’ll register for Summer and Fall Classes.
- : You’ll access this for course specific details and syllabi.
- The ¶¶Òõpro App: This is a new and updated app and will take you first to a Maine Community College (MCCS) webpage where you select ¶¶Òõpro. Make sure to select Download the MCCS Mobile app from the or . Be sure to select whether you are a Student, Staff, or Faculty Member to complete the setup in the settings section.
Current Student Registration
- Registration for Fall 2025 is currently open. Fall 2025 classes start on Monday, August 25.
- Registration for Spring and Summer 2026 begins Wednesday, October 29.
New Students

Making Updates to the My¶¶Òõpro Portal
- Immediately: If you see changes or updates that you would like to submit for consideration, please email amullen@mainecc.edu and kmunksgaard@mainecc.edu, as well as your direct supervisor, to request these changes.
- In the Future: The College’s executive team has identified users in their departments who will have access to edit and update particular pages relevant to their departments. Training resources and branding guidelines will be provided to users with editing access. Those with editing rights can anticipate an email with more information to come.
Student Accounts, Financial Aid & Bookstore Purchases
Student Accounts
Due to upgrades to our student account and billing systems, Fall bills will be available to view and due at a later date yet to be determined. Please know we are working on providing Student Account and Financial Aid information to you as soon as possible and will continue to support you every step of the way.
Financial Aid
Financial aid applications are reviewed on a regular basis. We’ll notify you by email when your aid offer is available. Please and select My Documents > Document Center to see if additional information is needed from you and My Financial Aid > Financial Aid Overview to view your aid offer.
Bookstore Purchases
If you are anticipating financial aid, we can add your ¶¶Òõpro Bookstore charges to your account, allowing you to purchase the necessary materials for the semester. If a balance remains after your aid is applied, payment will be due within two weeks of the aid posting. Please be assured that we are here to support you every step of the way, and we will share updates as soon as they become available.
